This 6.5-hour hybrid course will be held both

in-person and virtually

on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026, 8AM - 2:30pm

Get comfortable navigating Bluebeam Revu the way contractors use it day to day — setting up your workspace, opening and moving through plan sets, and using the core markup and measurement tools. You'll learn the Tool Chest for organizing frequently used tools and stamps for standardizing common markups. We'll cover the Markups List for tracking and sorting your redlines, plus the basics of creating and exporting PDFs from your files. The course wraps with an introduction to Revu's Studio tools for team collaboration, setting the stage for our more advanced Bluebeam training down the road. By the end, you'll have a solid working foundation in Revu for real jobsite and office use.

April McCall, Senior Bluebeam Specialist – Product and Services, is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in the AEC industry. With a strong background in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, and a specialization in HVAC modeling, April brings a comprehensive understanding of both design and construction workflows. As a Bluebeam Certified Instructor with more than 13 years of teaching experience, she has led countless professionals to enhance their efficiency and productivity. April is also a frequent presenter at leading industry events, including Bluebeam XCON, NECA, NAWIC, ASA, ABC, AGC, and WIC. Her passion for training and technology continues to empower teams to fully leverage their Bluebeam investment.

If attending virtually, you must have individual access to Bluebeam software for this course. Those attending in-person will be in the ABCSD computer lab where the software is already available.

In-Person attendees:

• Please park in the available lot behind the ABCSD building, access is through the gate on the right of the building.
• Plan to arrive early to navigate to our computer lab. Enter through the front doors and follow the course signs upstairs.

Virtual attendees:

• You must have individual access to Bluebeam software for this course. Unless you attend in person, ABCSD is unable to provide access to Bluebeam software virtually (or off campus) to attendees. Join us in our lab!
• Individuals registered as the event attendee will receive virtual login information the night before, to the email address provided during registration.
• It is recommended you have access to a mouse and two monitors to attend with.
