Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email at least three (3) business days prior to the course start date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy for SE Journeypersons
If an SE-eligible registrant does not attend and fails to cancel at least three (3) business days in advance, the employer or member will be invoiced for the full course cost.

Low Enrollment Policy
ABC SoCal reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment. Notification will be sent via email no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

Registration Policy
Registrations are non-transferable once confirmed. Makeup sessions are not available for missed classes.
