Meet the Generals

Join us for an Interactive Construction Networking Experience in partnership with the Women's Construction Coalition (WCC). This event is designed to strengthen relationships between General Contractors and Subcontractors while highlighting the collaborative culture of ABCSD.

***THIS EVENT IS FOR CONTRACTOR MEMBERS ONLY***

This event will feature a structured, speed-dating–style networking format, allowing subcontractors and general contractors to connect through focused, meaningful conversations.

What to expect:
• 8–10 General Contractors serving as rotating discussion leaders
• Small-group conversations with approximately 10 participants per GC
• 8–9 timed rotations to maximize exposure and relationship-building
• A dedicated block for intentional networking following the structured sessions

Each rotation will focus on:
• How GCs and subcontractors can build stronger working relationships
• What GCs look for in trusted trade partners
• How collaboration supports quality, safety, and project success
• Ways ABCSD culture supports long-term industry growth

Following the structured rotations, attendees will break for lunch and continue networking in a more informal setting.
