This webinar covers how to identify, avoid, and manage construction change orders and claims—from contract preparation to effective communication and recordkeeping. Participants, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and contract administrators, will gain practical legal insights and strategies to reduce risk, minimize change orders, and strengthen their documentation process.

By registering for any Continuing Education course, you agree to the following policies:
No-Show Policy for SE Journeypersons: If an SE-eligible registrant does not attend and fails to cancel at least three (3) business days in advance, the employer or member will be invoiced for the full course cost.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, email continuinged@abcsocal.net at least three (3) business days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only if a cancellation request is received via email at least three (3) business days before the course begins. Send refund requests to: continuinged@abcsocal.net
Low Enrollment Policy: ABC SoCal reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course with insufficient enrollment. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling will be sent via email no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start date to both the registrant and their listed contact.
Non-Transferable Registration & No Makeup Policy: Registrations are non-transferable to other courses once confirmed. ABC SoCal does not offer makeup sessions for missed classes, regardless of the reason. Please ensure your availability before registering.
Certificate of Completion Policy: To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must attend all scheduled class sessions in full. Partial attendance, late arrivals, or early departures will result in ineligibility for a certificate, regardless of the reason.
