At ABC Southern California, we know that great leaders are built, not born. That’s why we’ve invested the time, expertise, and passion into creating a comprehensive Leadership Series designed exclusively for our ABC contractors, alumni, and students.

Who This Series Is For:

We start from the ground up — focusing first on field workers:

  • Fieldworkers
  • Apprentices
  • Journeypersons
  • Trainees

From there, we’ll build leadership skills for:

  • Forepersons
  • Project Managers
  • Office Management Professionals

Core Leadership Attributes You’ll Develop:

  • Effective communication and team building
  • Problem-solving under pressure
  • Decision-making with confidence
  • Inspiring and motivating crews
  • Accountability and performance excellence

By registering for Continuing Education courses, you agree to the policies below:

No-Show Policy for SE Journeypersons: If an SE-eligible registrant does not attend and fails to cancel at least three (3) business days in advance, the employer/member will be invoiced the full course cost.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, you must email continuinged@abcsocal.net at least three (3) business days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is received via email at least three (3) business days before the course begins.

Low Enrollment Policy: ABC SoCal reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course with insufficient enrollment. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling will be sent via email no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date to both the registrant and their listed contact.

Non-Transferable Registration & No Makeup Policy: Registrations are non-transferable to other courses once confirmed. ABC SoCal does not offer make-up sessions for missed classes, regardless of the reason. Please ensure your availability before registering.

Certificate of Completion Policy: To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must attend all scheduled class sessions in full. Partial attendance, arriving late, or leaving early will result in ineligibility for a certificate, regardless of the reason.
