This class offers several distinct approaches to challenging conversations as well as offering participants time for unique situations and real-play. Building on High-Impact Communication skills, attendees are taught several different approaches for managing difficult conversations and emotionally elevated people, which enables leaders to navigate reactivity, strong emotions, and boundary-setting with greater ease.
