It allows everyone in the organization to have a safe space to discuss career goals and objectives while being guided by someone with experience in the area. It’s essential to provide mentoring to individuals so they can help pass along organizational knowledge and  history and help refine technical skills. They also can guide crucial skills in the workplace, such as communication, organization, problem-solving and teamwork.
