Participants learn foundational skills for optimal interaction, for personal and professional effectiveness and success. Approach conversations to connect with others and build collaborative relationships with empathy, and when appropriate, engage with authority. The foundation of coaching, leadership development, and quickly becoming the leading modality in medicine, behavior change and a variety of mental and relational platforms.

Lisa Nordquist, CEC, ACC, CHWC, is an expert in interpersonal development and communication, helping individuals and teams utilize the most effective emotional intelligence and communication skills.
