Project Manager - Basic Training
This 8-hr. training course takes place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024
from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
What makes a construction project great? How do Project Managers contribute to the culture of greatness desired by most companies and project Owners? This session is a methodical approach to discovering 6 essentials of greatness and the alignment principles that can launch busy Project Managers to the next level. It addresses the most common and important elements and workflows of construction projects and equips participants with valuable knowledge and a tool set for taking their management experience.
Learning Objectives / Outcomes
This workshop will help you and your team:
- Build a project culture of greatness
- Establish and work within common sense guidelines
- Enhance your operations through better project start-up and close-out
- Strengthen your system so it accommodates the requirements of your customer
- Develop meaningful communication and negotiating guidelines and processes
- Navigate the change order process
- Track progress using Key Performance Indicators

CANCELLATIONS must be received 48-business-hours prior to the start of class to receive a refund. Substitutions will be accepted; however, requests for refund, credit or transfer of tuition to a future class can not be honored.
CANCELLATION IF TUITION COVERED: The above cancellation policy applies and notification to ABC is appreciated. Lack of cancellation and no-showing for a class will result in the full amount of tuition being deducted from any remaining Training Funds available for future use.
